At Zlexironglixarex, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our journaling and gratitude workshops. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have designed our return and refund policy to be fair and transparent for all participants.

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, transfers, and rescheduling of our workshop services and any physical products we may offer. By registering for our workshops or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy for workshop registrations is as follows:

  • More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 7 to 14 days before the workshop: 50% refund of the registration fee
  • Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund available, but you may transfer your registration to another person or receive credit for a future workshop
  • No-show: No refund or credit will be provided for participants who do not attend without prior notice

Cancellation by Zlexironglixarex

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen events such as facilitator illness, insufficient enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

  • We will provide notice as soon as reasonably possible
  • You will receive a full refund of your registration fee
  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer to another workshop date at no additional cost
  • We will not be responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your full name and contact information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
  • We will send confirmation once the refund has been processed

Transfer and Rescheduling Options

Transferring Your Registration

If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge. To transfer your registration:

  • Contact us at least 48 hours before the workshop
  • Provide the name and contact information of the person taking your place
  • The new participant will be subject to the same terms and conditions

Rescheduling to a Future Workshop

You may reschedule your registration to a future workshop, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your original workshop date. Please note:

  • Rescheduling is permitted once per registration
  • If the new workshop has a higher fee, you will be responsible for the difference
  • If the new workshop has a lower fee, the difference will be provided as credit for future services
  • Rescheduled registrations are subject to the cancellation policy of the new workshop date

Workshop Package and Series Refunds

Multi-Session Packages

For workshop packages that include multiple sessions (such as our Monthly Pass or Quarterly Package):

  • Refunds are prorated based on the number of sessions remaining
  • Any discounts applied to the package may be recalculated at the single-session rate for attended sessions
  • Materials provided at the start of the program are non-refundable

Corporate Workshop Programs

Corporate workshop programs have customized terms based on the service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact our corporate services team for specific cancellation and refund terms applicable to your organization's program.

Product Returns

Physical Products

If we offer physical products such as journals, writing supplies, or workshop materials for separate purchase, the following return policy applies:

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition
  • Returns must include original packaging and any included materials
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, sales of downloadable materials, digital worksheets, or online content are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been delivered or accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing digital products, please contact us for assistance.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Medical or Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis and may offer exceptions to our standard policy with appropriate documentation.

Weather and Safety Cancellations

If a workshop is cancelled due to severe weather or safety concerns, we will offer the following options:

  • Full transfer to a rescheduled date
  • Full credit toward a future workshop
  • Full refund if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged

Disputes and Resolution

If you believe your refund request has not been handled appropriately, or if you have concerns about our return policy, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Policy Modifications
